confidential and will neither take personal advantage of privileged
information gathered during an assignment nor enable others to do so.

unrealistic expectations or promising clients that benefits are certain
from specific management consulting services.

We will not refer third parties to clients
in order to receive commissions. We will refer third parties based on
their ability to serve our clients’ needs.

We will accept only assignments which we
have the skills and knowledge to perform.

We will avoid acting simultaneously in
potentially conflicting situations.

We will ensure that before accepting any
engagement, a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan
and fee arrangements has been established.

We will refrain from inviting an employee
of a client to consider alternative employment with our firm or one in
which we have an interest.

We will maintain a fully professional
approach in all dealings with clients, the general public and colleagues
in the consulting field.

We will ensure that subcontractors carrying
out work on our behalf are conversant with and abide by this Code of
Ethics.
