GRAVETT AND ASSOCIATES CODE OF ETHICS

  • We will treat client information as confidential and will neither take personal advantage of privileged information gathered during an assignment nor enable others to do so.

  • We will refrain from encouraging unrealistic expectations or promising clients that benefits are certain from specific management consulting services.

  • We will not refer third parties to clients in order to receive commissions. We will refer third parties based on their ability to serve our clients’ needs.

  • We will accept only assignments which we have the skills and knowledge to perform.

  • We will avoid acting simultaneously in potentially conflicting situations.

  • We will ensure that before accepting any engagement, a mutual understanding of the objectives, scope, work plan and fee arrangements has been established.

  • We will refrain from inviting an employee of a client to consider alternative employment with our firm or one in which we have an interest.

  • We will maintain a fully professional approach in all dealings with clients, the general public and colleagues in the consulting field.

  • We will ensure that subcontractors carrying out work on our behalf are conversant with and abide by this Code of Ethics.
