Dr. Gravett has co-authored a book on recruiting, developing, retaining, and reducing conflict across the four workplace generations with Robin Throckmorton, MA, SPHR.  The book is written from the perspectives of a Baby Boomer and a Gen Xer and provides a practical, no-nonsense approach towards reducing conflict across generations and maximizing productivity in the workplace.

What Martial Arts Teaches About Stress Management
