What Martial
Arts Teaches About Stress Management

This
two-hour session combines stress management and martial arts techniques to help
participants learn to stay calm and guard against burnout. Many of the
techniques take less than five minutes and can be done while sitting at your
desk. Dr. Gravett combines her training of 25 years in martial arts (she holds
a Black Belt in TaeKwonDo) and T’ai Chi to bring relaxation and toning
